I have a David Brown, 1.8 Shakuhachi for sale. It was made for me by David—I supplied the wood, which I had in my possession for around 8 years. The wood is from the Australian Acacia Cambagei tree, a species of Australian Wattle Tree. It grows in semi arid conditions and is a dark brown tonewood with a string grain. It is becoming popular in the manufacturing if flutes, whistles and guitars. Great sound. Beautiful tone.
Silver edge around Utaguchi.
It has only been played a few tunes. Then cleaned and stored.
I am seeking $950 AUD, not including postage.
Seller to pay postage.
Please email if you are interested.
Regards.
Mitch
