This is probably the last shakuhachi that Tom Deaver sold . I bought it in 2010 but in the last few years I have developed serious hearing problems and haven't played the flute . It is completely redundant in my house which I feel quite sad about so I decided to sell it . A shakuhachi expert tried it and advised me that it has a leak next to hole 4 so it needs some repair . It is also unusual in that the holes are linear so a bit challenging for some . I'm selling simply so that somebody can use it and I'm very relaxed about the price .
